This is your crash course in breastfeeding! Together, we will go over the basics of milk production, what to expect in the first few weeks, and how to avoid some of the most common problems new parents experience.
You and your family will have my undivided attention and will be able to ask questions and share any concerns or worries you may have. You will leave with a "tool box" of information and a game plan to get off to a good start.
Cost: In Home $175 Virtual $150
Virtual Visits are available! If meeting in person is not convenient, we can schedule a virtual visit at a time that makes sense for your family.
Post-partum Lactation Consultation
In Home or Online
At an in- home lactation consultation, you will get hands-on support with latching issues, assessment of milk transfer, and positioning. We can talk through your birth/breastfeeding experience and discuss ways to create a positive breastfeeding experience.
The best part is that I can come to you! You won’t have to worry about getting to an appointment with your newborn. You can stay home, where you and your baby are comfortable.
For a virtual visit, we can work together over a video call and I can show you techniques and positioning, as well as answer any questions you may have. I utilize graphics, models and even dolls to model various breastfeeding positions.
Cost: $100 Virtual, $175 In-Home
If you need additional support, you can schedule a follow up lactation visit.
Have questions or concerns about how breastfeeding is going, or maybe you’re still having some of the challenges we discussed in our first visit, no worries, we can meet again and re-asses the situation. This is a great opportunity to circle back and refine your breastfeeding tool box and game plan. Often times, we can make slight adjustments in feeding positioning and routine that can make a huge difference in the breastfeeding experience.

30 Minute Help Call- This is your breastfeeding 911 line. As mothers, we will find ourselves asking questions that start with “Is it normal if…."?” This is a great tool to have to put your mind at ease when you’re feeling unsure. This is a great resource to have for after-hours questions or concerns. Breastfeeding happens outside of normal business hours, and so do breastfeeding questions!
Cost: 30 Min Help Call $25
